2025 Support for “Kokoro no Gekijyo (Theatre of Heart)”

“Kokoro no Gekijyo (Theatre of Heart)” is a project to invite school children to musical productions by Shiki Theatre Company to share a message for preciousness of life and to raise heart for caring about others. Sansei Technologies has supported this initiative since 2008.

Japan’s first passenger boarding bridge with elevator

Sansei Technologies delivered an elevator system for accessible passenger boarding bridge built by Kawasaki Heavy Industry. The boarding bridge with elevator is the first of its kind in Japan, in use at Tomakomai West Port Ferry Terminal in Hokkaido from 2025.

Fathers are encouraged to take child-care leave

We encourage parents, including fathers, to take child-care leave, and in 2024, 100% fathers with new baby took the leave. When the term is over, parents have flexible work style options including remote working from home or sliding work hours. We will keep promoting a better workplace for both career and family life.

Implementation of Solar Power Generation at the Kobe Plant

The solar power generation system installed at the Kobe Plant. Solar power generation commenced on July 14, 2023. In fiscal year 2024, this initiative successfully reduced CO₂ emissions by approximately 181 tons.
